Interuniversity Center for Research and Training Pharmapeptides

The Centre Pharmapeptides was created in 1994 under the auspices of a non-for-profit association under French law. It is located in the Archamps Technopole at the foothills of the Salève mountain range at Archamps, just across the border from neighboring Geneva.

The administrative direction of the institute is assured jointly by the members of the Association, including the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences Geneva-Lausanne, the Hospitals of the University of Geneva and the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University Joseph Fourier at Grenoble.

A team of approximately fifteen researchers is involved in the development, testing and optimization of new formulations of protein therapeutics and vaccines that will serve in the future to meet medical needs. As such, the Centre Pharmapeptides is integrated within the infrastructure of the Archamps Technopole, and has access to facilities at the Universities of Grenoble, Geneva and Lausanne.
