Pharma Peptides LLC ships orders Monday through Thursday. Orders are not shipped on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or observed holidays.
Our daily order cutoff is 5:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST), based in Phoenix, Arizona. Because Arizona does not observe Daylight Saving Time, this cutoff remains consistent year-round.

All domestic orders are shipped via expedited ground service with an estimated transit time of two to three (2–3) days anywhere within the United States, with Saturday delivery available depending on the carrier and destination. All shipments are trackable.
As an example, an order placed before the Thursday cutoff ships the same day and is generally expected to arrive by Saturday. Delivery estimates are based on standard carrier performance and are not guaranteed; actual delivery times depend on the carrier, the destination, and conditions outside our control.
For security and compliance purposes, certain orders may require additional verification before shipment. Verification may include payment confirmation, order accuracy review, and fraud-prevention screening. Orders may be temporarily held while verification is completed, which can affect the shipping timeline described above.
Products are shipped within the United States only, and only to locations where the shipment and possession of research compounds is permitted. Orders placed for restricted destinations may be canceled to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Customers are solely responsible for confirming that their location permits the purchase and receipt of research materials.
Once an order has shipped, shipment confirmation and tracking details will be made available through the order system. Tracking information allows customers to monitor the status and progress of their shipment throughout transit.
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the delivery process is managed entirely by the carrier. Transit conditions, handling, and delivery timelines are outside the control of Pharma Peptides LLC, and delays caused by carriers or other external factors may occur. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information to prevent delivery issues.
While shipments are handled through established carriers, delays or delivery issues may occasionally occur. If a shipment is delayed beyond its normal delivery window, customers may review the order status through the tracking system. Carriers may require additional time to investigate lost or delayed packages before a resolution is reached.
